HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We provide flat rate shipping of $8 for most items available on our website. Select items including releases and quickstrikes will be charged standard UPS shipping rates based on weight for items and ship to address. 

For express and overnight shipping additional fees apply.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not ship internationally. We also do not ship to Guam, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico at this time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and shipment. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays. Once we ship the items in your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number included. You may use that tracking number to monitor your order in-transit.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen shipments. However, please contact our customer service department at help@nohble.com ASAP and no later than 7 days from the receipt of merchandise. We will work with the carrier to further investigate and redress to the best of our abilities.

Yes.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
We are not able to add products, change quantities, or process exchanges once an order is placed. You must place a new order in these situations. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us at help@nohble.com and we will make a best effort to accommodate if possible.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
You will receive an email notification informing you of any order cancellations. Usually orders are cancelled if there is a problem processing your credit card payment or if the item(s) are out of stock.

If your credit transaction has been voided, please allow 1-3 business days for your financial institution to reverse the transaction. If you are issued a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed back into your account.

We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days. For a more accurate timeline we suggest contacting your bank.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal ONLY. Please further note that Nohble store credit and gift cards can only be used in-store ONLY at this time.
